Residential EPCs

Enlighten Enviro assessors can cover residential properties of all sizes in any location. These can range from:

• Privately-owned properties
• Multiple-property portfolios
• Residential properties adjoined to commercial properties
• Housing Association properties
• Blocks of flats
• Managed properties
• Student accommodation

For Domestic/Residential EPCs of properties up to four bedrooms we charge a flat rate fee of £65.00 (inc VAT and lodgement fee) for our service. If you have a larger property of more than four bedrooms then please contact us for your quote.

For residential property portfolios, Housing Association properties and blocks of flats we will quote on a bespoke basis (please contact us for a quote).

We can offer discounted rates for multiple instructions within a close proximity of each other.

All of our assessors are qualified with the ABBE Level 3 Diploma in Domestic Energy Assessment. This qualification enables the Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) to produce an Energy Performance Certificate for residential properties. The Energy Performance Certificate awarded is based on a number of calculations made after a close inspection and survey of the building.
