As of 1 October 2008, there are new rules regarding energy efficiency certification. Enlighten Enviro aims to help you understand the changes.
Energy Performance Certificates and Display Energy Certificates provide a clear record of your building’s energy efficiency and are required by law.
Enlighten Enviro’s EPC reports contain information about ways in which you might improve your energy efficiency, which could save your business money.
At Enlighten Enviro, we’re committed to making sense of energy efficiency. Our EPCs and DECs are delivered by highly qualified and accredited assessors.
In order to sell or let a commercial property you must now obtain the correct energy certification. Enlighten Enviro is here to guide you through the process.

Complaints

Complaints Procedure

  1. All complaints should be made in writing and addressed to Enlighten Enviro Limited, 11 Institute Street, Bolton, BL1 1PZ.
  2. All complaints received by Enlighten Enviro Limited will be investigated and action taken where appropriate. 
  3. All complaints received are recorded. 
  4. The Head of Department investigates the complaint.
  5. In the eventuality that a complaint is justified Enlighten Enviro Limited will write to the complainant and advise them of the course of action to be taken. 
  6. All complaints supported will be subject to review, to improve operational procedures.
  7. In the eventuality that a complaint is rejected the Client will be notified in writing and advice given as to the appeals procedure. 

APPEALS

  1. A Complainant may make an appeal to Enlighten Enviro Limited in writing, setting out the grounds of the appeal. This appeal will be heard by the Managing Director of Enlighten Enviro Limited.
  2. The Appellant is then advised of the outcome of the appeal, with reasons.
